The Future Plan 1-2-3 combines three essential services to offer a one-stop profitable property investment. Our team of experienced buying agents at (Future Plan Investments) source below-market-value properties that meet our criteria. We then renovate to our specification via our development company (Future Plan Property) creating a high-end serviced accommodation product for the rental sector. Turning them into highly desirable and sought after units for our professional tenants through our management company (Future Plan Lettings).

We are a professional off market sourcing, developer and property management company. We also support distressed landlords as well as creating investment opportunities for our investor clients. We are not a letting agent, we refurbish, guarantee rent, and manage properties in our portfolio. We have a repairs and refurbishment business (from small repairs to total refurbishment). We work with private landlords, portfolio owners, brokers and estate agents. *All services are handled in-house via one of our sister companies.
